SHOPPING INFORMATION
There are no additional delivery charges when ordering from ark.uk.net.
Unless otherwise communicated, all deliveries within England are completed within 5 working days from the date of purchase. For Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales the time frame for delivery is 7 working days.
As part of the ordering process, you will be required to provide your bank details and contact information. Once the payment is made you will receive an email on the address provided confirming the order. The delivery will be completed within 5 days and as stipulated above.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
For all online purchases the confirmation of the payment received will be provided to you via email.
Once the order confirmation email is received, the payment is collected on the same day or within 24 hours based on the bank process.
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed and confirmation has been received, we are not able to accept a cancellation. If a call has been logged to our customer services team within 24 hours, we will be able to accept a change of order. Please also refer to the return policy for further information.
