Paid Service, Charges and Billing

Termination and Restrictions of Service

  • If you wish to terminate your service please delete your account.
  • Your product purchase cost and any service fee paid is non-refundable. With our service plan you are committed to paying for One Year of service.
  • Your account cannot be transferred or rented to any other person. Once registered the details of the account holder cannot be changed.
  • You are responsible for taking care of the product and ensuring that it is used responsibly.
  • In the event of any violations, Ark Pvt Ltd reserve the rights to terminate the service contract at any point without explanation and such termination will be effective immediately. No amounts paid shall be refunded.
  • Ark Pvt Ltd nor any of its partners and associates shall be held liable for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of or due to the termination of the service contract.

Customer Liability

  • Any problem you have with the products and services associated with Ark Pvt ltd must be reported to us immediately.
  • The order process is set out on the website. It is your responsibility to check that the process has been completed correctly.
  • A contract will be formed only after and order has been confirmed and yo receive an email with order confirmation
  • Ark pvt ltd, nor any of its partners and associates shall be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience arising from the unavailability of any aspect of our service due to factors outside our control. We shall not be held responsible for any problems resulting from the non-functioning of our products and services due to the service provided by phone and internet providers, any third-party service providers, non-compatible devices being used to scan the product or due to physical damage to the product

Stoppage of Service and Winding up

  • Ark Pvt limited reserve the rights to stop its business and shut down the website www.ark.uk.net at any time without explanation.
  • In the event of termination or winding up of business, any amounts due to the client towards paid service not provided, shall be subject to bankruptcy or other relevant laws applicable at the time.
  • Initial product purchase cost shall be deemed to be the non-refundable price paid towards the ownership of the physical product and no refund shall be made on the same.
  • Ark Pvt ltd nor any of its partners and associates shall be held liable for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of or due to the stoppage of service and or winding up of the business.

Delivery and refund policy –

  • We will deliver the goods to the delivery location at any time within the agreed period failing which we will be in touch with you
  • And not more than 30 days after entering into contract with you
